This policy explains how Poptile handles information when you use poptile.studio, create an account, upload a photo, or place an order. Contact us at admin@ottofuture.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we use

We use your account identifier, name and email address to provide sign-in, associate your orders with your account and help with support requests. Clerk provides authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic identity information, such as your name, email and profile information, with Clerk. This connection does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.

We receive photos you submit for checkout, your selected products and customizations, and your order history. To process and fulfill an order, we use the contact, billing and shipping information provided at checkout, payment status, transaction references and shipment details. Information you send to support is also used to respond to your request.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments through OTTO Future LLC’s Stripe account. Your full card number and security code are handled by Stripe and are not stored in Poptile’s order database. Stripe sends us information needed to confirm payment, calculate tax, fulfill orders and handle refunds or disputes.

We use Clerk for accounts, Stripe for payments, and hosting and storage providers including Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare to operate the website. People handling production, shipping and customer support may access the order information and photos needed for their work. Shipping providers receive the information needed to deliver your order. These providers may also process information under their own privacy policies.

Photos and browser storage

Your design drafts, cart selections and selected photos can be saved in your browser so you can continue an order. Clearing this site’s browser data removes that local copy. Sign-in and checkout also use cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions and complete your requests. Our services and providers process technical information, such as network and request details, for security and troubleshooting.

Uploaded customer photos are stored privately and are accessible through authenticated account and fulfillment flows. Uploading a photo for an order does not publish it to the public gallery.

Retention and your choices

We retain order records and associated photos for fulfillment, support and handling payment issues. Deleting an account does not automatically delete existing order records or photos attached to orders. Uploaded photos that are not attached to an order are eligible for routine cleanup after seven days, or after account deletion. Backup copies may remain until the backup retention period ends.

You can contact admin@ottofuture.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for existing orders, payment disputes or applicable legal obligations. You can also manage or revoke Google’s connection in your Google Account settings; this does not itself delete your Poptile account or past orders.

Changes

Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
