Shipping and payment
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs $5 and is free for orders with a product subtotal above $45. Prices are in US dollars; applicable tax is calculated at payment.
Payments are processed through Stripe using OTTO Future LLC’s account.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
Damaged items
We replace items that arrive damaged. Contact us with your order number so we can help arrange a replacement.
